A little bit about Muskrats

Muskrats can have 4-5 kits every spring. They are an aggressive animal and should not be approached. They spend most of their time in water where they will burrow tunnels along the shore of cricks, streams, ponds or lakes. The tunnels can cause the land in these areas to sink down.
